This game is currently in beta testing, with some assets not yet in final form. Rules are completely playable and will remain stable, save for small tweaks to spelling or grammar as they are discovered. 

Assets mentioned in the rules, but yet to be delivered:

• Optional Faction Ability Cards
• These are nonessential to the core game play. Rather, the Faction Ability Cards will provide passive unique abilities to create a slightly more asymmetric level of play. 
• Player Reference Cards
  • These will assist players in relating dice to card values and give a cheat sheet for Means and Events

We will also be publishing this game on Tabletopia, giving anyone with a Tabletopia membership the ability to play online (memberships to play are free).
